Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic, driven Sales Executives to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and acquiring clients from diverse sectors such as traditional industries, large-scale trade enterprises, high-net-worth segments, quantitative funds, and payment service providers.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities focusing on HashKey OTC’s on/off-ramp services and block-size OTC transactions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing education and strategic insights into crypto adoption and security.

• Organize and participate in industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to promote HashKey OTC’s brand and services.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure efficient client onboarding and transaction execution.

• Track, report, and analyze sales performance and market developments.

• Proactively manage sales pipelines, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified leads and opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven sales track records, preferably within finance, fintech, or crypto industries.

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital payment solutions.

• Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging high-level executives and decision-makers.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin is highly advantageous.

Preferred Experience

• Existing network or experience within financial institutions, payment providers, trading companies, high-net-worth individual circles, or related sectors.

• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks applicable to digital asset trading in Singapore.
