Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Sales Related Tasks

Assist the Senior Sales in identifying and onboarding family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and wealth platforms to HashKey Capital's crypto asset management solutions.
Support the preparation of client proposals, presentations, KYC and KYT material and tailored investment solutions.
Proactively develop an understanding of clients' needs to position HashKey Capital as a trusted partner for regulated digital asset exposure.
Produce investment reporting and updates to clients.

Market Research & Relationship Management

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends in wealth management and digital assets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely and relevant information about HashKey Capital’s offerings.
Support the team in identifying cross-selling opportunities to enhance client engagement.

Collaboration & Compliance

Work closely with the Investment, Product and Operations teams to ensure all solutions meet regulatory requirements and client expectations.
Communicate client feedback to the Senior Sales team to inform product enhancements and improve service offerings.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, fund distribution, or financial services.
University graduate with a major in business or related fields
Basic understanding of alternative investments (e.g., hedge funds, structured products) and an interest in digital assets.
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Fluency in Mandarin and English; proficiency in Cantonese is a strong advantage.
A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the digital asset space.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in supporting sales or business development in asset and wealth management or financial services.
Familiarity with trends in digital asset adoption within the wealth management sector.
