BD Manager (HK)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute user growth and sales strategies to acquire new investors for fund products.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNWI, UHNWI, family offices, EAMs, and institutional clients across Hong Kong and the region.

  • Conduct regular client meetings, investment updates, and portfolio discussions to deepen engagement and drive capital inflows.

  • Lead fund promotion efforts through private wealth channels, investment advisors, digital distribution, and direct outreach.

  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, investment proposals, fund updates, and tailored solutions based on client needs.

  • Identify new growth opportunities through data-driven user segmentation, funnel optimization, and referral programs.

  • Provide insights on investment trends, investor demands, and competitor offerings to shape product positioning and go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

  • 5–8 years of experience in fund sales, private banking, wealth management, or investor relations, preferably with exposure to digital asset or hedge fund products.

  • Strong network of HNWI/UHNWI, family offices, or institutional investors in the region.

  • Proven track record in raising capital or driving AUM growth for investment products.

  • Solid understanding of liquid investment strategies, preferably crypto/digital asset funds.

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative, resilience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Data-driven, growth-oriented thinker with strong ownership of sales performance metrics.
